Where are you located and which areas do you serve?

Our studio is located at 4 Menzies Street, Binbrook, Hamilton, Ontario L0R 1C0. We serve clients in Binbrook, Hamilton, Niagara, and surrounding areas including parts of the GTA. Mobile services are available with travel fees depending on the location.

Do you offer mobile services?

Yes, we provide convenient mobile beauty services for weddings, events, photoshoots, and parties at your home, venue, or hotel.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website booking calendar. We recommend booking early — especially 6-8 months in advance for bridal services and trials.

Do you specialize in bridal makeup?

Yes! Bridal makeup is one of our main specialties. We create customized looks for South Asian and Church brides. A makeup trial is highly recommended to achieve your perfect wedding-day look.

What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent Jewelry is a seamless, everyday fine jewelry option. We professionally weld high-quality chains (14k gold-filled, sterling silver, or stainless steel) directly onto your wrist, neck, ankle. It’s custom-fitted and ideal for celebrating special moments.

What should I prepare before my appointment?

·For lash extensions: Arrive with clean lashes (no mascara).
·For microblading or permanent makeup: Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and certain skincare products 24–48 hours prior. Full aftercare instructions will be provided after your service.

Do you offer services for men?

Yes, we offer tailored skin treatment and makeup services for men.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply if the notice is shorter. Deposit of 20% required for bridal and group bookings. Deposits are non- refundable and non transferable.

Are consultations available?

Yes. We offer consultations for bridal makeup, permanent makeup, microblading, and custom looks.

Do you accommodate group bookings?

Absolutely! We happily host bridal parties, birthdays, prom groups, and other events. Please mention your group size when booking.

What hygiene and safety standards do you follow?

We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We use single-use or fully sterilized tools and follow strict sanitation protocols for every client.
